I am the founder of Cardio-Well, Integrative Cardiometabolic Wellness. Welcome! I am so glad you are here. I am a board-certified Cardiology Physician Assistant, Registered Dietitian (inactive) and Fellow of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine with over 15 years of experience in cardiovascular medicine. My goal in starting Cardio-Well is to give you my unique perspective of what it takes to achieve long lasting heart health and wellness.
I hope to help you understand your true cardiovascular risk and to guide you to find YOUR best solutions for the prevention and reversal of your cardiometabolic risk factors.
It is not my intention nor goal to replace your current health care providers; but instead to become your wellness coach and guide. I want to provide you the education, empowerment and inspiration it takes to meet your heart health and wellness goals.
